Our Agile Coach & Transformation Consultant® training closes the gap between claim and execution in 5 modules. With us you will be certified as an agile coach through a lot of practical experience, knowledge transfer, reflection and supervision.As part of our training as an agile coach, we prepare you for the Professional Scrum Master examination PSM Level 1. You can then immediately certify your Scrum Master and combine it with your certification as an agile coach.
With the acquired skills and a full-packed method case, you will then be well prepared for all the challenges that an agilisation of the company or even just the introduction of agile teams brings with it.
It is particularly important for us to create the link between agile hand tools and personal development.

Agile project management can mean more than Scrum. We prepare you for the Scrum Master exam, reflect with you on other agile methods and transfer them also to non-IT related teams and organizations
- Module 3 Change management: cultures, organisations & individuals in an agile context
Cultural analysis and organisational development… What has to change and how to enable a successful introduction of agile structures and processes? How much agility can your business tolerate, and how can you ‘just start’ in completely rigid structures? No easy tasks, but doable with the right change management interventions.
- Module 4 Agile roles & leadership principles
Leading agile teams is both a joy and a challenge. Especially during the team identification phase there are significant conflicts and frictions. Reflect with us on your own leadership style and learn to become a ‘servant leader’. Improve your leadership style through coaching and team development formats as well as conflict moderation methods.
- Module 5 The journey: reflecting personality and coaching tools
Agile organisations need agile personalities. Since, as with the Lean philosophy, the principles and methods of working are built strongly on independent initiative, personal responsibility and continuous reflection on your own actions and collaboration, people need self-confidence. Explore with us the strengths of your personality, lay down limiting patterns of behaviour, discover the values that form the basis of your decisions and recognize the interactions of your (communication) behaviour in relation to the personalities of the stakeholders. In this module, you’ll use the coaching techniques
from module 4 and a number of new tools for personal growth.
Peer group projects and the practical implementation of the methods in your own project ensure the transfer between the modules.

Become an Agile Coach & Transformation Consultant in 5 modules, in 25 virtual units, in 150 time hours, in half a year!We have re-cut the training according to didactic sense and divided it into smaller units. The proven content has remained, only the process is different - tailored to the changed challenge of the new virtual learning reality.

Facet5 has been developed to explore relatively consistent characteristics of a person based on the most studied model in psychological research, the BIG 5 model of personality. The results do not imply a right or wrong. From the (self-)image as a person, we can develop - together with the participating person - ideas about how he/she is likely to act in different situations and reflect together which behaviors and strategies can be helpful for certain challenges in the agile context.
